packages so that your family may craft a biography that is as unique as the
life it celebrates. After reviewing the various packages, feel free to

Bronze Biographies
Up to 300 words, four pictures and all or any of the following information may be included as per your instructions:
- Name
- Age
- Address
- Date, place of birth
- Date, place of death (if deceased)
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Employed At
- Previous Employment
- Education
- Military Service, branch of military and when served
- Organizations belonging to
- Religious affiliation and name of place of worship
- Four photos
- If deceased:
Name of place where service was held
Name, address of funeral home and or cemetery providing service
Survivors (wife or husband, children, parents, siblings, name and
number of grandchildren and great grandchildren)
Silver Biographies
Our silver biography provides an expanded story up to eight photos and an opportunity to talk to the future via audio clips. Up to 600 words, all or any of the following information may be included as per your instructions:

- Date, place of death (if deceased)

- Mother’s Name

A place to go to remember and celebrate a life. Our gold biography offers the ultimate in communication with the past, present and future. An opportunity to express oneself with pictures, audio and video clips and comments from friends and loved ones. Up to 900 words, all or any of the following information may be included as per your instructions:

- Date, place of death (if deceased)

Platinum Biographies are available on a totally customized basis. The Platinum Biography will provide a deep insight into how you want to be remembered, or want to remember a loved one. Contents, including number of words, audio and video clips and photos are at the discretion of the individual.
